Additional Info | This 'salt-flat racer' style bike was inspired by our trip to Bonneville Speed Week. It is based on a Ducati Pantah - the frame has been modified to expose the engine. Only the headstock and top rails of the original frame remain. Slab yokes are CNC machined. The engine is stock with exposed cam belts, K&N filters and stainless steel exhausts. The tank, tail piece, electrics box (under fuel tank) and front mudguard are hand-formed in aluminium. The hugger is made from steel with bracket to allow chain adjustment. Battery box hangs off the rear of engine. The saddle is upholstered using an old leather jacket. Rear shocks are rebuilt Marzocchi units. Fun to ride! |
