Additional Info | Engine stock except open air box to match air scoop on air box cover, fork modified hydraulic internals, Ohlins shocks custom made to our specifications, 4 cm longer than original, Exhaust system 2-in-one system design and "home made”, pipes are stainless steel . The silencer is a mix of carbon & aluminium , internals are stainless steel too. I spent a lot of time on the silencer. I was looking for the right shape but the right sound too. Different baffles have been tested. I didn’t want a rumble but a muffled but deep sound, instruments (tacho/revcounter ) have move forward and a profile body have been made for them. Air box cover made from carbon/Kevlar and design with air scoop. Front mudguard made from carbon with titan stays. Rear mudguard with belt guard integrated. New side covers with built in air grill. New stainless steel trim radiator cover. Rear brake fluid reservoir relocatedover brake pedal instead of behind radiator cover .the fluid reservoir is "dressed with a one-off rubber cover. Sand cast aluminium water pump hose cover with fins to match fins heads. New sprocket (pulley) cover for a more technical & sharp look. New foot peg and modified shift lever and too many small details !! |
