| Additional Info | Engine is combined '68/'70 Norton 750 Commando. Transmission is Norton 4 speed fitted with HD clutch. Pipes are by Cook. Carburation is original Norton with Cook velocity stacks. Oil tank is by Cook and functions as a structural member of the frame. Gas tank is Cook modified Paughco Mustang. Fenders are token or non existant. Wheels are laced by Dave Cook using Midwest Cycle rims, Buchanans SS spokes and modified HD hubs. Brakes are Cook Customs Perimeter rotors with Jaybrake two pistion calipers. Rear master cylinder is Jaybrake, front cable/ hydraulic master cyclinder is Cook one off mounted to downtube. Engine has been fit with automotive alternator to eliminate orginal crank shaft stator. Bars are Cook Customs with internal cables and Cook Custom inverted hand controls. Frame is a Cook Custom hidden softtail with a coil spring hidden in frame tube beneath seat. Swingarm is articulated forward of the transmission at rear downtuble of loop frame.(Not really hidden, but most people don't notice it). We're pretty sure the headlight has an oriental heritage. Tailight is a modified part from a J.C. Whitney Catalog. Bike finish is raw steel , brass plated or solid brass. |
