10:00am- 6:00pm Bike move-in (competitors only, no public access)

Sunday August 8th
10:00am- 6:00pm World Championship of Custom Bike Building - Opening Day
7:30pm VIP Party (closed to public)
8:00pm Partner Pick of Excellence Awards

Monday August 9th
10:00am-6:00pm World Championship of Custom Bike Building - HOG Day

Tuesday August 10th
10:00am-6:00pm World Championship of Custom Bike Building - Judgement Day
11:00am Judging Meeting
6:00pm Judging Ballot return deadline

Wednesday August 11th
10:00am-6:00pm World Championship of Custom Bike Building - Awards Day
3:00pm Main Awards Ceremony
4:30pm Bike move out
